Content Distribution Agreement
This is an agreement between Forward Ops TV
(“Forward Ops”) and , acting through
, (“you”).
1. What you're giving us.
You're giving Forward Ops permission to air “”.
Forward Ops decides which of its platforms and channels to use.
2. No cost, no promises.
This costs nothing, either way. Forward Ops decides when, how often, and where to air your content, and
can stop at any time, for any reason.
3. It stays yours.
You keep full ownership of your content. You're only giving Forward Ops permission to air it — not
selling it or handing over the rights.
4. You confirm it's yours to give.
You confirm you made this content (or have permission from whoever did), and that any music in it
is properly licensed or your own.
5. Liability.
Forward Ops isn't responsible for any claim arising from your content, and you agree to cover Forward Ops if a
claim comes from it. Other than that, Forward Ops' liability to you under this agreement is $0.
6. Either side can end this anytime.
Just let the other know. No notice period, no penalty.
7. Sending us your content.
We'll send you an upload link after this is signed. Send it in a format we can air (a standard
video file works); we may trim or adjust it for time or technical reasons.
8. The rest.
Texas law applies. This is the whole agreement between us. Electronic signatures count. This isn't
in force until Forward Ops countersigns.
